Conference

The Department of Geoinformatics (Z_GIS) at Paris Lodron University Salzburg, which is part of the Faculty of Digital and Analytical Sciences since 2022, has a 30+ year history in organizing the AGIT, GI_Forum and GI_Salzburg conferences. Building on this rich history and experiences that we have made together with the Geospatial community, we would like to renew the “AGIT spirit” after the successful “Zukunftsforum Geoinformatik 2024” event. Nevertheless, we worked with great enthusiasm to provide the community with a revised conference format that suits the needs of the audience in terms of interaction, collaboration modes, and thematic timeliness.
